I am writing to let you know that one of your employees – Connar or Connor – has done a very good job today at Dibdin House. I’ve noticed that he is a multitasking and also very nice and kind (very well behaved I must say ). He not only replaced our cooker, but also helped us with the central heating issues. I think he certainly deserves recognition and praise for his attitude, personal qualities and work, because he really does stand out from the crowd ( I met quite many repair guys. I am talking from my long experience ). His strenghts makes him a very valuable asset to the company and a customer oriented employee, which is a rare thing. Kind regards
