Calls to our emergency line are answered directly by an on-call engineer between 8am and midnight, and around the clock for account customers on an agreed SLA. If the confirmed attendance window can’t be met, the call is escalated to the on-call supervisor, who reallocates the job or agrees a revised time directly with you.
