Out-Of-Hours Escalation

Calls to our 24/7 line are answered by an on-call engineer, not a queue. If the confirmed attendance window can't be met, the call is escalated to the on-call supervisor, who reallocates the job or agrees a revised time directly with you.

Cover appropriate to commercial and residential reactive-maintenance work.

Public Liability Insurance

Held with a leading UK insurer, covering commercial and residential reactive-maintenance work. A copy of our current certificate is available on request.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Held where design or specification work forms part of the Services. A copy of our current certificate is available on request.

Electrical Registration

NICEIC-registered, working to the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

Engineer Qualifications

All engineers hold recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and are individually assessed against BS 7671.

DBS Arrangements

All engineers attending occupied premises hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, appropriate to residential and commercial work.

IPAF & PASMA

Engineers hold IPAF (mobile elevating work platform) and/or PASMA (mobile access tower) certification where a job requires it.

Manufacturer Training

Engineers complete manufacturer-specific training on the gate, barrier, intruder alarm and access control systems we service — details available on request.

Waste Carrier Registration

Registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier, where our work involves removing redundant equipment or materials. Registration number available on request.
