All engineers hold recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and are individually assessed against BS 7671.
All engineers attending occupied premises hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, appropriate to residential and commercial work.
Engineers hold IPAF (mobile elevating work platform) and/or PASMA (mobile access tower) certification where a job requires it.
Engineers complete manufacturer-specific training on the gate, barrier, intruder alarm and access control systems we service — details available on request.
