24/7 Emergency Call Outs 0300 043 3973

// PRICING

Clear Pricing. No Surprises.

You'll know the call-out charge before an engineer sets off, and you'll have a fixed price for the repair before a single tool comes out. Nothing hidden, nothing hourly — for commercial and residential clients across Hertfordshire and London.

Call-Out Charge

The attendance charge includes travel within the standard service area and up to 60 minutes of engineering time for initial fault diagnosis and making-safe work. £135 is our minimum charge for any call-out, whatever the fault.

MINIMUM CHARGE — NORMAL HOURS Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 £135

The minimum charge for any attendance during normal working hours, covering travel and initial diagnosis.

MINIMUM CHARGE — OUT OF HOURS Evenings, weekends & bank holidays £180

The minimum charge for priority emergency attendance outside normal working hours, any hour of the night.

How the Price Is Built

Three stages, explained upfront, every time.

Minimum Charge

£135 (normal hours) or £180 (out of hours) — this is the minimum you'll ever pay, covering attendance and diagnosing the fault.

Additional Time on Site

If diagnosis runs beyond the initial call-out, additional time is charged at £45 per further 30 minutes — agreed with you as we go.

Fixed Price to Fix

Once the fault is found, you'll get one fixed price for the repair itself — confirmed before any work begins.

Every price is agreed with you before we proceed — the call-out charge, any additional time, and the fixed repair price. What we quote is what you pay. Full detail is in our terms.

What Documentation You'll Receive

Faults are diagnosed, repaired, tested and properly certified. Which certificate or report applies depends on the work carried out — we'll confirm which one before we leave.

Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate

Issued for a single addition or alteration to an existing circuit that doesn't involve installing a new circuit — for example, adding a socket or moving a light.

Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)

Issued for new circuits, consumer unit changes, or other significant new electrical work.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

Issued following a periodic inspection of the condition of an existing installation — not issued for reactive repair work alone.

Service Report

Issued following planned or reactive maintenance on non-installation systems such as alarms, access control or gate automation, confirming what was tested and found.

Fault Report

Issued after a diagnostic call-out where the fault has been identified but not yet resolved — for example, while awaiting parts or further access.

Remedial Quotation

Issued alongside a fault or condition report where further work is recommended, setting out the scope and price for any follow-on repair.
