Something’s Gone Wrong at Home?

General emergency call-outs: target arrival within two hours, subject to engineer availability and location. That applies from 8am to midnight, every day, including weekends and bank holidays. We confirm the actual time when you call or book.

The call-out is £135 during normal hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm) or £180 outside those hours – or from £105 if you book 10 or more days ahead. That covers the engineer travelling to you and up to an hour of diagnosis.

Once we know what’s wrong, you get one fixed price to fix it, agreed with you before any repair work starts. No hourly rate, no surprise invoice. See full pricing.

Every engineer we send is DBS-checked, so you know who’s coming into your home. And we’re fully insured, so you’re covered if anything goes wrong.
